Tracie Balentine, Founder & CEO
Tracie Balentine built her career from the ground up—starting in production mangement, quality, supply chain, communications, and sales—before earning her MBA in Finance and spending over 25 years leading HR in high-pressure environments.
She’s worked with Fortune 500 giants, fast-growth start-ups, global operations, union and non-union environments, nonprofits, and privately owned businesses. Across all of them, she kept seeing the same pattern:
Good people and good companies stuck in broken systems.
As a first-generation manager, Tracie knows the power of leadership done right—and what happens when it’s missing. She founded Balentine Solutions LLC to help organizations fix what’s not working, elevate their leaders, and create systems where people and performance thrive together.
She’s a Lean champion, a metrics-driven strategist, and a passionate believer in leadership development at every level. Her proprietary ALIGN™ framework brings structure, clarity, and accountability to every layer of the business.
